We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Catering Manager, eager to make a positive contribution to the Trust. We want someone who is:

• Passionate about food and nutrition
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the catering provision for all schools within the Trust, catering for over 1500 students each day. You will also support our vision of using fresh and local produce to provide healthy meals.
In addition to experience in managing a catering team, it is essential that you have knowledge of all aspects of food safety, hygiene and allergen law. Applicants must possess basic IT skills, a Level 2 Food Safety certificate and Level 2 Allergen Certificate.
