For women and men of all abilities. Pilates will tone and strengthen your abdominals and back and improve your posture. All movements are performed in a slow, controlled and flowing manner with different levels shown. You will leave the class feeling that you have worked and stretched so many muscles that you weren't even aware of. Your body will feel longer, taller, looser. Over time the gains to be made to your body from this class will show in all that you do in life and will make you less likely to suffer from neck/back problems in the future. You do this class barefoot/socks and please wear comfortable keep fit gear.

Darlington Spraire Lads and Lasses Junior Football Club are proud to be the only club in Darlington to have been awarded the accolade of FA Charter Standard Community Club of the Year. This award is in recognition of the club being at the leading edge of administrative and coaching excellence. Our club is run entirely by volunteers and is “not for profit”. First week of training is free and just £4pw thereafter. All teams have FA Qualified Coaches who are fully CRB checked to ensure the safety of all children.
